INCLUDED Outboard engine & dinghy   VAT 12% NOT INCLUDED   Fuel, Outboard gasoline, water Charter Pack (is mandatory and is payable on the spot in cash): Cleaning, 2 Bottles (2lt) of water, soap and toilet paper/head, Bed Linen, towels, quilts, one set/cabin (up to 2 weeks), First Gas Bottle, Mooring fees for the first and last day at the’s Pier, in Marinas/Ports (except electricity and water) Charter pack: € 330 OPTIONAL EXTRAS Transfer service upon request (can only be arranged the latest 7 days before embarkation) Provisioning service: € 20 per charter Cabin conversion: € 150 (where applicable) per charter Pets allowed (up to 7kg): € 200 per charter Automatic Life Jackets (subject to availability): € 30 per item per week BBQ Instant Grill: € 12 per item *Blister/Gennaker (subject to availability): € 250 per week, plus a Refundable Security Deposit of € 600 payable by credit card;* in case of a last-minute cancellation (at the base), the client will be charged in full for the blister’s charter fees, as we are obliged to pay the fees to the supplier. Beach towels (yours to keep): € 13 per item Safety Net: € 200 per charter SUP (Stand Up Paddle) (subject to availability): € 120 per week, plus a Refundable Security Deposit of € 300 payable by credit card Crew Change (only in our bases) is allowed up to 75% during the charter. If it is over 75%, it is considered a new charter. Crew change fees in our bases (the skipper remains the same): € 100, price includes water, electricity and marina fees/services. Charter Pack for crew changes as per our Price List. Early Embarkation at 14:00hrs (upon request & subject to no damages from the previous charterer): € 200 per booking Internet Pack: Wi-Fi router, 12GB/week: € 70 per booking Extra linen: € 10 per set (1x set = 2x sheets, 1x pillowcase, 1x face towel, 1x bath towel) *CREW (require their cabin/head) Skipper: € 200 per day, plus VAT, plus food provisions Cook: € 200 per day, plus VAT, plus food provisions Hostess: € 180 per day, plus VAT, plus food provisions *It is at the guests’ discretion whether or not they wish the crew to join them ashore for meals. Provisions must be onboard for the crew; otherwise, the amount for their meals is Euro 30/day/person. Crew gratuities are not included in the rate. ** In case of a last-minute cancellation, the client will be charged in full one month before embarkation, as we are obliged to pay the fees to the crew. Mandatory DAMAGE WAIVER plus REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT (must be paid on the spot) up to two weeks charter Damage waiver non-refundable: € 400 plus a Refundable deposit: € 700                              Damage Waiver reduces your financial liability in the event of damage to the yacht, damage or loss of ancillary equipment or damage caused by a third party during your charter. It is not refundable under any circumstances and covers any loss or accident to the yacht, the equipment, or third party and all risks of damage/theft, whether through negligence or malicious intent, by the skipper or the clients. It is indemnified in all cases. The Refundable deposit will be kept in case of tender/ outboard loss and clogged toilets. There will be an additional damage waiver charge for any additional week, equal to half the standard damage waiver cost. PAYMENTS  A 40% deposit is required upon signing the charter contract and within 7 days of the booking confirmation. The remaining balance of 60% is required 45 days before departure to our bank account. Full payment is required for last-moment bookings only by credit card, Master or Visa. CANCELLATION POLICY  Booking cancelled more than 75 days before embarkation, 20% of the total charter fee Booking cancelled between 74 & 31 days before embarkation, 50% of the total charter fee Booking cancelled less than 30 days before embarkation, 100% of the total charter fee Upgrade/change, subject to the cancellation policy SAILING LICENSE REQUIREMENT In Greece, when chartering a bareboat yacht, according to the port authorities’ requests, the client must provide an original sailing certificate/license (in English language or officially translated) Certificates for motor yachts, sailing on daylight hours only, or weather limitations are not accepted by the Port Authorities. INSURANCE According to Greek law, all boats are insured against risks arising from liability to third parties and damage to the hull, machinery and equipment over the Refundable or Non Refundable deposit.
